What this site is
SpeedyHippo is an information site about package holidays that are on sale elsewhere. We are not a travel agent, we are not a tour operator, and we do not sell, book or hold holidays. Using this site does not create any booking, reservation or contract with us.
Prices and availability
Every price here is a snapshot of what Hays Travel was showing when we last checked, on the basis printed beside it. Prices and availability change. The price on Hays Travel’s own page at the moment you book is the one that applies, and it may differ from ours. We take reasonable care to keep this accurate — see price accuracy — but we can’t guarantee that a deal shown here is still available or still costs what it says.
Booking is with Hays Travel
When you click through, you leave this site and any booking you make is between you and Hays Travel, under their terms. Payment, confirmation, changes, cancellation and the financial protection that comes with the holiday are all theirs. We cannot act on a booking and we have no access to one.
Links out
Outbound links to Hays Travel are affiliate links — the full explanation is on our affiliate disclosure page. We are not responsible for the content of any site we link to.
Using the site
You’re welcome to read, link to and quote this site. Please don’t scrape it wholesale, copy the content onto another site, or use it in a way that interferes with it working for other people. The site’s text, design and code are ours; the holiday data and imagery are supplied by Hays Travel and remain theirs.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. Nothing here is advice about a specific holiday, and we don’t accept liability for a decision made on the basis of a price or a fact that has moved since we checked it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights against the company you actually book with.
Changes, and which law applies
We update these terms as the site changes; the date at the top of this page is when it last happened. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Anything unclear?
Tell us at [email protected]. We’d rather fix it than argue about it. Anything about a booking — changes, cancellations, payments, protection — goes to Hays Travel, because they hold the booking and we don’t.
